I applied on a Saturday and the programming task was given to me just the next Monday. It was a perfect response from my side as nothing went wrong. However, I believe they differentiate people coming from different race and background, which led me to receive a rejection email. They don't even bother to comment upon the submission, which deliberately points out to a biased, negligent and non-transparent approach towards selecting candidates.
