2 stage process.
Stage 1 - group exercise, Technical knowledge test & simulated briefing (you are given flight documents and have to brief a captain before the first flight)
Stage 2- Interview
Online pre recorded interview for the first stage. The interview consisted of 5 questions relating to personal challenges as well as the company itself. Each question had a time limit of 2 minutes.
So far the process has been very fast and efficient. Application process quite crammed time wise only having five days to complete three assessments and then a further five days to prepare and conduce the digital interview.
