Tres accueillant, question standard pour l’interview :) Je me suis sentie à l’aise, pas de question piège, juste mieux vous connaitre et vos motivations. Etape suivante : assesment day. Toujours weekend, d’apres ce que j’ai compris.

Was scheduled a 1st interview with the hiring manager, it went well and I was told that I would be receiving a test task. After 2 weeks got no test task or any follow-up email but I did receive an email asking for my evaluation regarding my "closed" hiring process. As far as I knew the process was still open, nobody informed me that I was rejected so I emailed the recruiter and asked for further information and then he tells me that indeed they decided to move forward with someone else but asking me if I was interested in interviewing for a different position. I said yes, was asked for my availability so that's what I did. A few days later I get a generic message saying they're not interested in my application. The lack of professionalism is incredible.

the assessment process was smooth. Very comfortable and confident and strong with group tasks. So far so good. easy set up for virtual assessment as well. very convenient and smooth like butter and so far is going extremely well and exquisite.

After applying my resume and motivation letter, I had to create an online profile. Then, I had to take an online test that took about 30 til 60 minutes. After passing this test (logical, verbal and reading), I received an invitation to take part in an online interview.

After the online application process which took just over a month, I was invited to the online assessment centre. This first began with a group task, which consisted of me and two other woman, along with two member of staff from Tui. We started off with an ice breaker (a random question to get the nerves out the way and know more about each other) and then we were given a task to do as a group - which was based on solving issues and prioritising them. This was quite a chilled environment and I didn’t find it nerve wracking or stressful at all. The two woman from Tui were lovely! For me this lasted over an hour, however we did have some technical issues with some of the other interviewees. The same afternoon I have my 1-1 interview. Some of the questions were tricky to answer, but as long as you take your time to come up with an answer rather than rushing to think of an average one - you should do well! This lasted for about 20-30 minutes. The man that interviewed me was lovely and made sure to speak to me in a way that didn’t make the interview feeling nerve wracking. 3 days later I got an email to say my skills and personality suited the role and they were happy to offer me a place in the talent pool! Overall the experience was very good and I quite enjoyed the interview process.

online tests, speaking questions and writing questions, a speaking one was really long, 1 hour long more or less, the other one like 20 minutes long. Overall it was fine, nothing suprising

It was a nice experience, I applied online and followed the steps, got confirmation for the interview day, and it was all good, was online and the recruiter were very nice.

Il y a eu un test anglais en ligne. un test écrit et oral ainsi qu'un test de personnalité. Après il y a un entretien en visioconférence pour déterminer si nous sommes éligible pour le test sur place. Un entretien sur place à l'aéroport.
