There are stages, first video interviews for two or three questions. You can re do yours as many times as you like so you can be happy with it. Assessment day was so great and very well organised. Mine was 3 years ago but new colleagues say it’s basically the same. Stages of group activities (as they want to see how you are in a team) maths test involving the €. And I’m the afternoon you have two different role plays in front of interviewers then finally a interview. If you fail anything in the morning you don’t get asked back to the afternoon

Niet al te moeilijk, goed opletten dat je echt in groep werkt. Eerst word je opgebeld, vervolgens uitgenodigd voor assassment day. De opleiding is wel heel zwaar en je mag geen minuut te laat komen

Assessment fand in einem Hotel statt. Die Gespräche wurden meistens in Gruppen geführt, gefolgt von einem abschließendem Einzelgespräch. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und entspannt. Die Fragen sehr einfach (Standardfragen bzgl. Motivation, bisheriger Erfahrung, Stärken, etc.)
