First off was a telephone interview with about 3 questions. Then it went to an assessment day where they asked what stores you can work in. They then asked us to do a group task. This was putting daily store jobs in order and then presenting these. Then it was a maths test and then a 1 2 1 interview with 4 different questions.

Completed an online assessment, followed by a phone interview and an in person interview with a presentation. The presentation task was to talk about one place you’ve been to and somewhere you’d love to go. There wasn’t any other information on the presentation given to me.

After a phone interview, I was asked to visit the store for an interview. I was given a math test on conversions rates and simple questions to calculate pricing based on real life scenarios.

very straight forward and simple. Get set a small mathematics test which is fairly straight forward and then a conversation with store managers. They ask about background, experience and get a feel for your personality
