the hiring process was really quite straightforward. the application was online and included some numerical an verbal reasoning tests followed by a quick game to introduce you to the company. The interviewer was very friendly and helped to keep the interview stress free and and relaxed. i was then contacted within a few days to let me know that i had been successful.

Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
