Fue sencillo solo 2 entrevistas una fue por llama y la otra por examen
en la llamada si es que tienes un ingles excelenente en mi caso no haces el examen entonces afortunadamente no tenia que ir a hacer el examen en las oficinas que estan en el monumento de la revolucion en ese tiempo era remoto ahorita ya no hay me parece

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
