I did not get to the interview. They sent me the link to schedule the interview, when I clicked it, I logged into teh system, and there were no slots for the interview.
And the note said - "If there is no 'Scheduled Appointment' button there are no timeslots currently available. Please check back regularly for available timeslots".
I was checking the whole day and got nothing.
Do I want to sit all day and wait for the slots to appear magically??? What kind of attitude to the applicants is that?

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
