It was fun and easy going. It was through zoom, so it was more people about 25 but every one was nice and the team lead just pretty much explained the job and if you like it you get a offer.

They did ask everyone a csr question to see you how you would handle the situation.
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
