1. Establish a rapport: through this step employers are able to make a decision about the right candidate.
2. Gather information: the employer asked some questions and matched my answers against their critical success factors.
3. Finally in the close step, the interviewer set the hook for the next step. After having had succeeded to this point, the conversation centered around the interviewer selling me on the company and the next steps in the hiring process.

The interview was great and all. Everyone was nice and the host was nice as well. They asked questions and asked if I had experience in thing that dealt with customer service. I didn't have any, but it was very, VERY disappointing how they still invited me to an interview and knew what I put on my application. How can you even still invite someone for an interview knowing they don't have experience? On top of that, I feel like they should try to at least consider people who never worked before plus they even had training. I was very highly disappointed on how they were. I also wanted part-time because I am a college student. Another thing was right after the interview I got an email basically saying my background and experience wasn't strong enough. Again, it was a horrible experience. How can they just now be seeing the application.

It was fairly quick and done within a day. I was referred by a friend who worked under the company and went through Q&A's and several stages of interview along with an exam. Took me 3 hours all in all.

Una prueba de conocimientos y una simulación de llamada, dentro del proceso. Si llegas a avanzar, personal dentro del lugar te perfilan y te entrevistan sobre tus gustos personales, una prueba antidrogas si llegas a pasar todos los filtros.
