I find the interview process to be very thorough and applicable for the jobs available. The hiring manager was very knowledgeable and polite. Very good applications for testing if you are capable for the job. I was there four hours and offered a job the same day.

Bad they offered me the job then said no when I said I didn’t have a ged I have work higher end call centers than this and they want to do a education verification most employers don’t even do an education verification this company already has bad reviews from their current and past employees

It was a group interview. They hire just about anyone so don't be nervous. As long as you reasonably answer the questions you'll get in. Doesn't really matter how you dress.

The interview process is very unorganized. I had an interview at the Daytona Beach location at 1pm and didn’t get seen until 1:45pm. I got hired. I had to be at training a week later and had to be there at 3:15 and didn’t get seen until 4:30. They didn’t even apologize. That was my first and last day working at TTEC.
