I have interviewed many times before, but I have never had a interview process go so efficiently and quickly. Standard behavioral interview questions should be expected. I interviewed with two senior managers and two directors during the first interview. The managers ran this interview for the most part. The second interview was with the two directors and a VP, but the VP had a scheduling conflict at the last minute. I did meet again with the directors and the VP, but the VP ran this interview and outlined her expectations and commitment to the investment and ROI desired for someone in this role.
Within hours after the final interview the recruiter advised that I would be offered the position and should be able to have a final offer the following week. Let me say the recruiter was wonderful, he kept me abreast of all changes and delays, all for the most part were out of his hands, because someone above him needed to approve my starting salary. That process took over two weeks. Honestly, I felt the position was not going to be filled. However, when I almost gave up hope, the position was finally signed off on.
