I filled out the application, took the test and I would say in a day or two got an email back to schedule for group interview. By the way, since I applied for the at home position everything in the interview process was online and over the phone. I had to sign in to a website they sent me the link to. I was with about 25 others. Probably 5 dropped off before interview was over. It was 2 hrs long and very easy. The group was a 1 question task we had to answer about a time we had to deal with a difficult customer and situation and how we handled it. had to answer a few questions by typing them into the chat room. last, we had a minute 1 on 1. 2 days later I got an email saying that i qualified to go further

It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.

The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
