Hiring process takes about a month all via email And phone/web meetings. Your not asked anything, you are just given instructions for how to start orientation everyone is grouped together and given same pay same shift. You are given no choices as to what days you work either. They say your eligible for pay raises and incentives but you are never offered. You constantly work extremely hard towards the goal of incentives then let down.
