The process was very short because the recruiter started with a question on the salary - she assumed my experience might not be a good match and just cut to the salary expections which were not suitable, but thank you for being straightforward at the very beginning of the recruitment process. I need to add that the offered money was really not what I expected and not what would be expected for the market in Warsaw... a bit disappointed.
