Long process but offered job at interview. Met with 4 sales managers. First 2 managers felt that I was more suited for outbound and took the time to see if the outbound managers were available to speak with me on the spot

Hiring process was easy- computer skills test on Word and other Microsoft programs as well as testing on speed and accuracy of typing skills. Then there was a one on one interview with one of the floor managers where they took you back and asked you questions regarding your employment history as well as what you could bring to the company.
