Overall, the conversation is pretty enjoyable, talking about my previous projects and experience. Introduce what will I do as a CIM engineer and routine tasks. This position requires on-call task.
The interviewers were two senior staff members from the department, and they were both very nice. They mainly asked questions about my past internships, projects, and papers, including the technologies I used, the difficulties I encountered, and how I solved them. They also asked about my thoughts on handling pressure and working overtime. I needed to be familiar with the projects I had done in the past, and they asked quite detailed questions.

You will have a one-hour interview with a section manager, during which you will be asked technical and behavioral questions based on your resume and past experience. The interview is not overly difficult, but feel like they are looking for candidates who are willing to work overtime under high pressure.
