I was headhunted for this position by TSMC, and was very excited about it after talking to the recruiter, but when I got into the interview it was a totally different experience and I actually ended the interview early. It was clear that the panel had not looked at my resume ahead of time. Only one of them turned their camera on and introduced themselves. And then the dealbreaker was when they said I would need to train in Taiwan for 6+ months, after the recruiter had specifically told me that was not required, so they were not even on the same page with their own recruiter. The interview questions themselves were very standard and generic, no curveballs.
