One sales Manager took my interview and I was surprised to know that however I gave my interview to that person. He ask few project management, client management, test management related questions and i gave detail answer of all the questions. However he had very less to no knowledge of testing and quality assurance and he himself accepted that.
After the interview he told me to wait outside as my interview went successful. After wait for a while HR inform me to leave for the day and next day she inform me that my experience and knowledge was too much for them as they are not looking for QA Manager profile but a candidate having less experience and limited knowledge will fit for there requirement. I was very surprised to know the strange reason of rejection.
