Was stood up for the first interview. 2nd shot at the first interview started about 20 minutes late. The conversation was pretty informal and it seems like it might be a good place to work despite my rocky experience. I didn't get to the 2nd phase of the hiring process. Hiring manager would not provide feedback. HR would not provide feedback despite offering to do so in the update that I was not selected to proceed.

Most of the interview was about past experience and leadership. Questions will be tailored to your resume...kind of a gap analysis between expectations and your experience. I don't recall any of the 'typical' interview or behavioral questions being asked.
