1st step was a phone screening with the corporate recruiter, 2nd Step was meeting with Delivery Managers over Teams, and the 3rd Step is an Office Shadow Day. They might have changed the process but this is how it was for me.

It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
