I had a phone interview first. I was told a phone interview first, then an interview with the board, and then a half day at the office. It felt very much like the interviewer was just reading off of a piece of paper, and didn't really have much interest. I got my interview through a referral of a friend, but they told me right there I probably wouldn't get it because of my background

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
