Easy going, simple questions, entry level so if you have no expereince this is absolutely fine. Contract postions and ability to be permenant. I would recommend reviewing some basic customer service interview questions to prepare.

The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.

Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview

Was offered position by supervisor who interviewed me, took my resume offline, and was then ghosted by the supervisor. Tried for over 2 months, unsuccessfully, get someone to respond back to me.
