The interview process was exactly like what most of the other reviewers say. The two people interviewing me asked exceedingly personal questions the delved into my actions all the way back in Elementary School. It is clear that they are trying to weed out people that do not fit in the kind of culture that TEKsystems wants to have. They also made it abundantly clear that if you do not keep your head down for two years you will have a serious time succeeding.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
