One of the recruiter reached out to me for phone interview and said if I am available for 3-4 mins. I asked her if we can connect in next 10 mins. She said that she have a call then. So, we proceed with the interview. She asked me few questions and then, she received a MS teams call and she said that she will call me back. But, she never reached out to me. I feel like they don’t value candidates time and their process is poor
