It's a screening interview so you have to make sure to say the right things, be a company man/woman.
They want to make sure that you see your future with the company.
They have an intensive training process, so I don't think they want to waste it on someone who will leave their company after a year or two.

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
