I was contacted by a HR executive from TEK Systems in response to my resume posted on Job Portal. She confirmed with me on my experience and matched my profile to a job offer TEK Systems had with their client issuing a Job Description. Upon confirmation matching with JD it was clearly communicated that I would be a TEK Systems employee and will be deployed with one of their clients. After this was agreed I had two rounds of interviews with client Team .They evaluated me on technical skills, willingness to quickly adapt and learn etc Then after 1 day I was informed to attend a HR round of interview. In this session I was evaluated on ability to match completely with their Job Description. My salary expectation and future career aspirations were also involved in the discussion. Post this interview on the same day I was informed by TEK Systems that I was selected for this position and it was confirmed.
