El proceso duró 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en TEKsystems (Indianapolis, IN) en mar 2010
Entrevista
The first interview is a one on one with one of the recruiters. It's very structured (Give me a time when.... What did you do in your last position...) and it was very easy to talk with the interviewer. They value a competitive nature and drive to succeed. One of the questions deals with how you handle negative feedback. The second interview is very similar to the first but you meet with two senior level sales account managers. They were easy to talk with as well.

Spoke with an internal recruiter for thirty minutes about myself and any question I may have had about the company. At the end of the interview, I was asked how interested I was in the position. From there I was scheduled to attend an in person interview last about 1 hour. They do not have it in there budget to provide travel assistance. I was told after my in-person interview, I may be asked to shadow for part of the next day.

I met with TEK System at the Career Fair. The lady there gave me her card and I left my resume. I contacted her first even though she said she would contact me first. She scheduled a phone interview and called me. I could tell she did not want to talk to me within the first few questions that were asked.

Entrevista
The phone interview was very informal and quick; I was asked what questions I had for the interviewer as well as what I knew about the company. I shared the information I learned online (from their website, glassdoor, etc.) and asked questions about the company's culture, expectations, and day-to-day office happenings.
