Brief. Unorganized. Rushed.
The recruiter was not on the same page with the hiring manager and the current position holder. I was offered a different amount of compensation by the hiring manager, during the interview than what the offer letter that I later received from the recruiter. I had to call the recruiter and tell her I was made an offer.
