TekSystems has been harassing me for YEARS over social media (LinkedIn). I have emailed, messaged them on their site and even called them (leaving a VM) to ask them to STOP messaging me on LinkedIn. I am not, and ever will be, interested in working with or for them. They send recruiter after recruiter, ignoring my wishes, but still find a way to rotate recruiters and continue to send me unsolicited messages on a yearly basis. This has been going on for 3-4 years now. Unfortunately, I cannot block the entire organization on LinkedIn to prevent their staff from contacting me (i opened an investigation with LinkedIn's agents). So, my route now is to review how incredibly thoughtless and disrespectful TekSystems is and hopefully, MAYBE, someone in their department will broadcast their team to learn to FKN let me alone. This goes to show how the staff working here doesn't communicate among each other, doesn't respect the wishes of people they approach and clearly haven't reviewed their processes in years. You guys beyond suck.

Phone based and straightforward. Ensured I knew what I'd be getting into with the prospective placement. Went over goals and plans for the future, which was useful as a fresh graduate.

Most of communication was through email . Met with team leader , coordinator and other prospective employee's at olive garden for lunch and general idea of day to day duties and to complete paperwork.
