It's a three step interview process. I applied online and was contact by a recruiter to set up an initial phone screen. After the phone screen, I was asked to come in and interview in-person, and then was asked to come in for a half day were you shadow some of the recruiters and have a final interview with the Director and/or Senior AMs. The interview questions aren't as sales focused as most, they're more personal questions than you'll typically see because they're so culture focused.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
