Hiring Process is fairly simple and consists of 4 Interview rounds. HR Briefing (Telephonic/F2F), Technical Skills Test, Technical Knowledge and HR Discussion.
HR Briefing would consist of Background and Work Experience discussion and general information.
Tool/Skill Test consist of your 1-2 Hours of Skill assessment.
Technical Round consist of JD discussions, competency discussions, Engineering Fundamentals, Aptitude and Problem Solving assessments
Final HR Discussion consists of Salary, Perks, Notice Period Discussions..
All of the rounds were average difficultly but very long and tedious.. Very unique and learning (back to college) experience in my case..

First they presented me the company and company vision, and after that the interviewed consisted of general strength of materials and general engineering questions, like measurement units and a discussion about myself and the projects I was involved until then.
