First online application, second phone interview, then online interview, then group project, then one-one interview ..
The group was about 30 people divided in 5 groups. 3 hours in the group project and 15 minutes in the 1 to 1 interview with a manager
In my group there was a guy that already have the job offer, this is not fair for the rest of the participants.
I did not receive and offer, they call me to let me know that i was not part of the selection. I ask for feedback and they said that the selection was very "competitive", and to try again next time.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
