Round one: Phone Interview. Round Two: In person at the branch. Usually the whole process takes about 7-10 days depending on the branch and their need for CSR's. The process is fairly easy and standard in the industry. The in-person interview is usually with one of the MCS's and the branch manager, they will test you and see how personable you are essentially.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
