      -->The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial online test, followed by a technical interview, and concluding with an HR interview. -->The online test comprised five sections, encompassing Quants, Verbal, Pseudocodes, Computer Fundamentals, and two programming questions.

      Pregunta 1

      Round 1: Coding Assessment 1) Fibonacci Series Given n=3 and m=8, the task is to generate a Fibonacci series. If n is a positive integer (e.g., 5 or 7), you should print that many 1s, and then continue the series until the sum reaches m. For example, if n=4, the series would be: 1 1 1 1 3 (4+3=7). 2) Check for Capital Letters In this task, you need to determine if a given string contains any capital letters. If it does, return true; otherwise, return false. 3) Leap Year and Total Days Calculation Calculate the total number of days in a year, considering both January (31 days) and February (28 days). The output should be 59 days. Round 2: Technical HR Interview During this round, the interviewer: - Asked about your day and well-being. - Requested an explanation of your project, which you presented on a whiteboard. - Asked you to find the index of a specific word in a chatbox. - Inquired about any academic backlogs or arrears and your comfort with the location of the job. - Discussed palindrome concepts and SQL delete operations. - Inquired about your willingness to work in a team and requested information about team projects, which you elaborated on, especially those involving your current team. Round 3: Personal HR Interview In this round, there were four panel members, and the discussion revolved around various topics: - You and other candidates introduced yourselves. - A debate took place on the topic of YouTube, with participants expressing both for and against viewpoints. - The panel asked you to rate or scale the other team members on a scale of 5, presumably based on their performance or contributions. - You discussed a common project with your team, covering aspects such as the project topic, team size, time taken for completion, and other relevant attributes. Additionally, you were asked to rate the other team members' performance. Overall, the interview process consisted of coding assessments, technical discussions, and personal HR interactions, evaluating your technical skills, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
