They took 2 rounds of interview. Both the rounds were more of a discussion than interview. Panel didn't ask much. They do not offer compensations as per market standards and will offer you peanuts. They will make you feel like you are in fish market in HR round.

Interview process is not smooth, takes lots of hours. Lack of coordination between HR & Interview Panel. No break for Tea or Lunch, unnecessary wait time as Interviewer is busy in meetings, no prior intimation given to Interviewer about interview.
