I got a call for single technical interview which I cleared, then some different HR called me and said I have to go through managerial round and interview was scheduled after 2 hours. After that I got a rejection mail saying candidate not suitable. This happened because interviewer asked me about my notice period which was 2 months, although interviewer was fine with it. This communication should happen through HR, but it did not. It was totally unprofessional.
