Phone screen with recruiter, face to face with director. Then F2F with 2 managers and an "observer". The observer asked questions too and was the team member. When I sent the thank you letters the VERY next day after the last interview, one of the managers's email was invalid (and, he was the only one that gave me a business card.) And. I now see the director's job posted. ( INTERESTING!!)

They asked behavorial ( tell me about a time...) questions. They tooked detailed notes, writing down my answers and reading specific questions from a paper. The questions were related to the job and how my background related.

I applied online, one week later I received an email from the recruiter asking me eight questions that would typically be asked in an HR phone screen. They contacted me for an interview with the hiring manager, offering a time two days later. After this interview (second round), there would be a third round that included three additional interviews (a total of four interviews with seven individuals & HR), followed by some kind of case study, then a final decision would be made. For a pretty junior level position, this seemed to be a very drawn out process, but I did not make it past the second round.

Two interviews happened- First Round- Two 30 min calls were scheduled. The first round was HR and then a technical interview. After clearing the first round got a call for final interviews. Final interview - Four 45 min interviews with leaders from different departments.
