Was referred to one of the recruiters by a friend. Emailed them my resume- got a call the next day for a brief phone screening. Couple days later got a call from the Hiring Manager- interview lasted about an hour. Mostly spoke about the role, responsibilities, operations and such. asked very few technical questions- advised training would be provided the first month of start date. Couple days later HR called me to offer me the job. Advised the Clearance process could take months. Filled out the paper work and couple months later finally got the call that I was cleared to start working.
