In the video call the recruiter asks questions regarding your work experience and competencies. Then goes on explaining the culture in the organisation, how everyone is a nerd there. How organisation's culture is turned into vegetarianism. A lot of unnecessary information about the company. The recruiter then finishes the call and says they would talk to other recruiters and get back to me. After 10 days I recieve an email saying since I did not reply to the first email and not attending the interview they would not go ahead with the process. (Slow claps) It's a waste of your precious time. Never apply.
