Complete online assessment, if you pass you schedule your phone interview right after that. Phone interview lasts 5-10 minutes, if you pass that they'll schedule your in person interview. The interview was a panel style interview with 3 people asking questions. The collections manager, a team manager and an agent.

After completing the application and playing their games to test memory and attention, I was able to schedule the 20-30 minute phone interview. She was extremely monotone and it felt as if I was talking to a robot. It was clear shes read this script several times. Described the position, easy yes or no questions, and then maybe around 5 open ended questions. It feels their standards are super high.

Easy Interview process from Initial to final interview. Just prepare and be yourself at all times and make sure to check your emails or follow up with HR as much as possible. The starting date takes a lot of time since most of the accounts will start from June onwards.
