I was obliged to determine if a long series of crudely rendered smiley faces (all frowning) had short mouths, or wide. Difference of a pixel or two. Another example... I was obliged to view small b&w pictures of people, and determine what emotion they're expressing... This is a phone support role... I wont be seeing any faces... Nonsense, Time consuming and with very little apparent point. I'm very qualified with an internal management referral... And they determined my eligibility before seeing my resume, by that nonsense I just iterated.

The application process seemed highly disorganized. While all email interactions were cordial, my interview kept getting rescheduled on short notice. It was hard to get any clear answers. Felt more like pulling teeth, than a hiring process.
