Worst interview experience ever. Was informed that job description is on micro services (spring boot) and asked me to be prepared on that and when I attended the interview they have conducted a written test on struts 2 which was never mentioned earlier. And I was also misinformed about the rounds that I’m going to face as part of selection process. Never waste valuable time on attending interview with synchrony financial. They will inform us that it is a scheduled interview but you can see hundreds of people as if you are going to walkin

Entrevista
It took 1 day & it was walk-in, though these recruiters have created one more term - Scheduled Walk-in. But still I had to wait for 3 hours to have my first round, which is wastage of time. Over this these people say themselves an IT company, changing the world, improving the processes of other companies, a total fake. These companies still ask for hard copy of your CV & still not able to conduct the interviews in ordered manner but claim to improve the processes of others, what a joke. Anyhow after 3 hours, I had the interview & interviewer was looking for Spring. Issue with these Indian interviewers is that they themselves just mug-up the things & just speak during meetings but hardly understand those properly. So when giving interviews to these people, just remember some architecture & definitions from your tech. Rest logic & common sense these people also don't have.
