My interview lasted roughly 1.5 hours. Expect the interviewers not to engage much or make eye contact due to they are writing, taking notes and asking questions. Answer all questions directly and with examples. The questions asked were the same as pretty much any interview. Be prepared to complete extensive paperwork/task, drug test, and fingerprints. After all this is a bank. After my interview, the interviewers stepped out for about 15 minutes and came back with a job offer on the spot and I was given multiple options to choose from regarding my schedule. They have options to complete your 19.5 hours in 2 -5 days and earliest shift is 6a and latest shift is 5p. Overall, the interview went well and the interviewers were pleasant. Good luck!
