It was very easy going. The manager asks basic interview questions like how do you deal with customers, how do you sell, and what is your availability. No need to stress just be yourself and look professional

Asked me my availability ( i was still doing a levels at the time), offered me a interview, interview went really well but then got a call saying that they need people who can work during the morning/day. Why ask my availability and bring for an interview if you knew our availability wouldn’t match up??

It was very simple and I was asked questions regarding previous work challenges I handled, what are my strengths and weaknesses and what is most important in customer service. I was also asked about my technical skills on whether i know how to use POS system or not.
