The first round was a screening round with the HR followed by a case study and then an interview round with the manager. After my last round with the hiring manager, I was informed that there would be a last round with the head of support but I did not get any update or any further communication from the company. After following up multiple times, I DID NOT GET ANY ANSWER.
The experience with Swapcard has been extremely bad and emotionally drowning as the team will treat you so badly for asking for an update. What is wrong with you guys? Why can't you send a rejection email straight away? This is unfair, as candidates, put in so much hard work, dedication, and emotions in each of the rounds to be treated like this by you? This is not done. Extremely unprofessional.

The recruiting process at Swapcard was quite straightforward.
The first interview involved a conversation with a talent acquisition specialist.
After a successful first interview, they provided a case study to design an event using their platform.
The second interview was conducted by the Customer Success Supervisor, focusing on situational questions.
The final interview was with the Head of Support, who inquired about my work experience and how it aligns with the role.
The last step was a reference check, followed by the offer letter being sent.
Throughout the process, the recruiter was very attentive to every detail.
