You get an impression that nobody actually read your resume. You have to explain what you did twice for screeners and the technical interview. You do take the test in between, but the test is irrelevant to the process, because they will let you know that you are under qualified after the technical interview that takes place after the test.

I went through a 20-day hiring process with SupportYourApp, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. I had multiple interviews, provided all the required information, and received positive feedback at every stage. However, after my final interview, I was suddenly rejected without a clear reason, despite being told that I was a good fit for the role.
The entire process felt misleading and disorganized. If they had no available positions, why take candidates through such a long and unnecessary process? They even said they would “keep me on hold” for future openings, but after investing almost three weeks into this, that doesn’t really help.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. If you’re considering applying, be prepared for a long process that might end with sudden rejection for no clear reason.
