In the first phase, they ask you for some information about your qualifications to see if you are suitable (as a contractor). Then you answer questions in writing, and if you give satisfactory answers, you proceed to the next interview, which is a video with AI that asks you questions about yourself and your experience in customer service.

Entrevista
Simple, straight to the point. They described the company and conditions well and are transparent with the pay. You have the opportunity to ask questions, but they won't immediately tell you about the client you'll be working for and you need to sign an NDA before you proceed further (this is expected).
Submitted the CV, all good.
They sent me an assessment to do, I passed it.
Wasn’t clear if the position would have been as contractor or not.
They asked for “proof” that my pc was powerful enough and I had a stable connection.
Sent those.
Scheduled a call to talk about the position.
They asked generic questions and then said that the role would have been as a contractor.
I answered saying it was ok as long as the salary was enough to “live” (taxes are not low in Italy for freelancers), sent her the desidered amount in dollars after the call (the call was recorded, for some reason).
Then I received an email saying the usual copy pasted stuff and that the decision not to proceed was based on “vacancy’s requirements”.
I would have loved some transparency after so many steps. Also it looked more like something “expected salary” related than skills, since I passed the assessment and the initial screening. But maybe I am wrong.
Suggestion for the company: Maybe try being clear since the beginning, avoiding so many steps, before ending up with a generic negative outcome. People’s time is important too.
