Entrevista
2 rounds of high-level HR rounds with slight UX/PM mini use cases. Then, a homework which included market research, UX and PM related parts as well regarding a product development assignment. I think the homework was too demanding compared to the skillset which can be evaluated from it.

Entrevista
- Written interview - you have 40 minutes for answer some customer related case studies, not hard at all, if you have some basic sense to handle people.
- Verbal interview - not very structured, more like the usual old-school questions
They are extremely nice, striving finding out what you know, rather than putting on you any pressure.
Cons: you might get an invitation like “let’s talk" and find yourself in front of a paper to fill.
