My experience was slightly different from the other candidates because I was not given a casestudy/assignment but to me that was the problem because during the 2nd interview, the founder kept pressing for detailed answers on campaign optimisations without understanding that it is difficult to give a well thought through answer without parameters and context. Perhaps they took into consideration the negative feedback received here and wanted to avoid like they were fishing for inputs. It was strange that she would be asking technical questions rather than checking for a personality/role fit but it makes perfect sense when you understand the culture of the company from her response - there is not much of a culture in this start up company, all she wants are results and people are hired really just to do the job,
This role is no different from an Ecommerce Marketing Manager and should be titled that for clarity.
